Placed my order on Sunday Afternoon, got in contact with the company on Tuesday as my order still said processing and it was a rush order as I needed it by Thursday evening at the latest. Tie set had been sent already and I was kept updated throughout. Package arrived today, very neatly packaged with a personalised handwritten note.
